I visited kashmir via India tour twice, once in 2011 n second time in 2022. Choosing the same place and agency after 11 years says it all about the the great experience with them n the plce.Mustaq bhai n his entire team has given us awesome experience both the time. It's a honeymoon trip and went on Jun 2022. It was an excellent trip and nice hospitality. Never had any discomfort during the trip. Trip incharge was communicating with us throughout the trip. Cab rides were very good and driver is very much friendly and supported us wherever required. Hotels, boathouse everything was good and clean. Food is good as well (both veg and non veg).
My experience with India tour was close to amazing, thanks to Mushtaq. I really didn’t have to contact or reach out to anybody else as he was so hands on with everything. The tour organised a very sorted and thought through week long package for my full family and everything was taken care of well. Musthaq is very friendly and will not make u feel like you are just another customer. They drivers reach well on time and are helpful as well. All the details of booking were received on time and most touristy places were covered. If we made some special request to go to a specific place or couldn’t cover a place on a given day, they ensured they take us there before the end of the trip. overall the touring company is very good and highly recommended
We had been to Kashmir between 21st and 26th of May. A must visit place once in a life-time to see NATURE at its best. I've always wondered as a child why they call Kashmir as a "Paradise on Earth". And the best way to relate to this is to experience it with your own eyes to get a feel. One of the most wonderful places on Earth. And our journey as a family couldn't have been more fun and memorable without the able assistance & guidance from Mr. Mushtaq, who had hand-crafted our plan for the 6 days. Not to forget our driver cum guide Mr. Mohammad Rafiq, who took great care of us and explained the history of the City and its evolution. What made it more exciting for my family was the extended support offered by Mr. Mushtaq and Mr. Rafiq in orchestrating our journey, course correcting it to suite our needs, making it so personalized so that we are able to enjoy the places of visit with peace. Numerous Horse-rides to 2 days at Dal Lake, the Shikara ride to shopping, involving purchase of hand-made dresses, pashmina shawls, sarees, walnut wood work, carpets and more. A big hug and thank you to Mr. Rafiq Sir, who exhibited great patience, and was with us to buy an Willow bat in Kashmir, spending a lot of time with my son and helping him through the process. And Mr. Mushtaq Sir surprised us by arranging for shopping in the Boat House with a Photo shoot in traditional Kashmiri Attire. Wonderful evening rides in the car with a soothing music of Mohammad Rafi songs played by Mr. Mushtaq when we used to return to the hotel in the evenings. Mr. Rafiq has a good collection, I must say. My Teen kids thoroughly enjoyed the trip and were eager to see more of Jammu, Leh & Ladakh during their next visit. Reliable, Trustworthy, Empathy, Personally takes good care of guests, Supportive, Always there when required, Helpful in nature, Easily reachable and approachable are some of the characteristics (though less) that I would use to describe Mr. Mushtaq & Mr. Rafiq. Thank you so much Sir for making it so memorable for us. All is well that ends well! We had a great holiday and enjoyed every piece of Nature's Beauty with a feeling of wanting to see more and experience more. Thank you Kashmir... we hope to see you once more! It was very nice and enjoyable and memorable trip .we 15 members including chidrens travelled to srinagar from April 23 to April 29. Everything was well planned including flight tickets, stay and food . Mr. Musthaq guided us very well from the time we landed in srinagar. He met us in house boat regularly.And done the arrangements as soon as possible as per query.. We were very much happy and thanks for the quick response regarding hotel stay. They provide us with good hospitality and great service. They guide us with good things were to buy and kesar too.. Lunch wes stopped at good hotels. Important thing to mention about is our driver is he was such a sweet person he was very polite and explained the places and drive very carefully.they arranged tempo traveller for 15 members. The food in morning and night was excellent. We thank you soo much for making our trip most memorable and enjoyable.
I visited Kashmir along with my wife from 07/05/2022 to 12/05/2022 for our honeymoon,our trip operator is India tour city, It was recommended by my friend who visited last year. This trip was really good, we couldn’t imagine with out Mushtaq sir, trip was very well organised and worthy, we enjoyed each and every moment. We visited Kashmir from 04/05/2022 to 09/05/2022. India tour City was our tour operator (It was recommended by our relative who had visited 3 years ago). We are 2 families with 6 persons, residents of Hyderabad. It was really an excellent tour. Sri Musthaq, Head of the Travels has organised our tour very well. This is an end to end tour, inclusive of Air tickets, Accommodation (with breakfast and Dinner) and a vehicle throughout. Simply , it is a comprehensive package. Sri Rafeeq, our Driver and guide has received us in Airport. He has been with us throughout our tour. He is very very good. He has been taking care of everything, securing our luggage, taking us to good shops for shopping, showing us good restaurants for Lunch etc. He has been giving us advise regarding where to shop and where to eat etc. We felt very secured throughout. First day, we stayed in house boat at Dal lake. We were received by Sri Riyadh and Sri Basheer. Indeed, it was very good hospitality. They ensured that we are comfortable in every aspect. They have provided us good breakfast and Dinner. Food was very delicious. We visited Sonmarg, Pahalgam and Gulmarg. We stayed one day in Pahalgam and same day trips to Sonmarg and Gulmarg. Accommodation in Pahalgam was very good. After returning from Pahalgam, we stayed in a hotel at Srinagar, simply awesome. Really, the tour was very well organised. We have simply relaxed and enjoyed our tour. They have provided such a good atmosphere taking care of everything. We had a golden triangle tour last week(march 18th-23th). It was well organized by Mr. Mustaq. Hotel accomodation was also very nice. Didn't face any issues. I had my trip of Golden Triangle (Delhi-Agra-Jaipur) with my family in Dec third week. It was an wonderful experience, all the arrangements made were flawless in Agra and Jaipur. My special thanks to Mr. Mushtaq, would also like to thank our driver Raju, He had taken due care during the entire trip, also helped as a guide. The only hitch in the entire tour was our stay in Delhi at Hotel Inter City. This is not at all a standard hotel, service was also pathetic. While our stay at Hotel Taj Vilas at Agra and Mandawa Haveli at Jaipur was simply superb. My overall rating would have been surely 4.5, except Delhi stay experience. Once again a big big thanks to Mr. Musthaq, looking forward to plan further tour with you

We( 9 family members) have visited Golden Triangle (Delhi,Jaipur,and Agra)through India Tour City. The organizer Musthaq has fixed the tour at convenient rates and dates.Starting from receiving at Delhi airport till transfer to Delhi airport he has taken keen interest on us by contacting and enquiring everyday about facilities and problems if any. It was an memorable trip to Rajasthan. I loved the Aravali Range,Desert all of which induced me towards some adventurous activity.But sadly we didn't had any option available.
Last year late August to early September we visited golden triangle. We are 7 in no. A separate car was provided and driver mr. Balvinder. I can simply saying it was an excellent tour I enjoyed. The hotel in Delhi Hotel S B East Inn was excellent, and Jaipur hotel Sajjan Niwas was good (the sheets were not clean and we had to request a few times for the manager to change the sheets), but the hotel in Agra was Good Hotel M House. But overall, a very nice package at a nominal price. We have already told many of our friends about India tour city, and we look forward to doing more tours with you in the future. Kashmir trip through India Tours is excellent. Query for booking trip, Reception at airport, Stay at various places, Drop at airport everything was very excellent. Once drop is over you can not expect anything more. After the trip they have no courtesy to attend phone calls or reply the mails. I have a very bitter experience in claiming the room bills and taxi Bills. Though there was a flood they are not ready to attend my phone calls. I was patiently waiting for three months from September to November. They have no courtesy to call or attend my phone calls. I had incurred a heavy financial loss due to non response. From my experience I am telling those who are booking thro India Tour City are advised to get the Taxi Bills and Room Bills immediatly failing which they will be incurring heavy financial loss/reimbursement problem from their offices.

We went through the trours at Delhi, Agra, And Jaipur. The tours were very well planned out with enough freedom for us to spend as much time as we wanted at each of the locations. The driver provided was very kind, courteous, and knowledgeable about the local areas (including finding great food). The only complaints I have are with the hotels. The one in Delhi was not well ventilated and it only becomes an issue in the rainy season. There is a musty aroma that wafts through. The staff at the hotel in Agra were very rude. In the future I would call Musthaq again for future tours in India and have sent his contact information to my friends who want to go.

It was my first time there in Kashmir and India Tour City made it a great trip to remember! The houseboat surrounded with water lily surely gave a great natural view. For the first touch inside, the decoration was in Kashmiri style that looks gorgeous. With the view of Shankaracharya Temple. All the rooms smell fresh and clean. Bathroom was always the thing we worried about when travel. Kohimaran Group kept it very nice and clean. Great service from the butler showed his well-trained. He was always polite and ready-to-serve with his warm welcome smile. Also, our shikaras were always ready when we need!! All in all, it's a great place to stay which made me wean go back to Kashmir again and again.

We took the package for 6 days and 5 nights. The service was indeed excellent and exactly as promised. the Houseboat is beautiful the exotic look gives you a great feel. We had booked the place after talking to Mr Musthaq, the owner of the India Tour City, and depositing some amount in his bank account. Our package included stay at Houseboat with breakfast and dinner and trips to Gulmarg Sonmarg Phalagam and local Srinagar. Every thing right from pickup to our final drop was so well co-ordinated and properly planned. The whole team is well organized and so warm that you really feel pampered. Right from morning with special Kashmiri Khwah till delicious kashmiri dinner. Akram bhai was really very nice loving and affectionate. I have visited Kashmir together with my friend in March 2013 to make a trekking tour in the mountains. Having come to the house boat we have been welcomed by the Badyari family. The trip has begun with the two days stay in the beuatiful Winter Palace house boat. First evening we have made very romantic and interesting shikara tour on the Dal Lake. Under the guide of Musthaq. We have visited the wonderful Mogul gardens and the surrounding area of the house boat. We enjoyed very much the friendship and hospitality of the Kashmir people especially of the Badyari family. The rooms on the house boat with furniture in Kashmiri style are equipped with own bath, the dining room with satellite TV and wireless Internet. Cold and hot water is available all 24 hours. The food was excellent. The area around the houseboat was very quiet. The peaceful atmosphere on the lake is only disturbed by calls of the birds and the soft sound of shikaras. Our 6 days trek in the mountains has been perfectly organized by the Badyari family. Bashir Badyari has personally checked all equipment, accompanied us to the starting point of the trek and advised the horse men. Under the guide of skilled Riyaz we have seen fantastic mountain scenery and enjoyed all days of the trek filled with lot of adventure. My experience with Kashmir is very nice, I met friendly people who made me feel like in own family. Kashmir is beautiful area and I would like to come again.

We stayed at Kohimaran Houseboat for a three nights. The format is they take you by a Shikara with your entire luggage to the Houseboat, permanently parked on the other side of Dal Lake, which happens to be the quitter more peaceful of the two lakes in Srinagar. Nice been fed with home made dishes but Very, very uncomfortable having the food waiting over the table as we ate trying to make polite conversation, and interrupting our family interaction. Then perhaps, we are used to such graces. The morning view of the lake and the flower sellers was to remember. We stayed at Kohimaran Houseboats for Three nights in December. The houseboat is owned by a Kashmir family and is affiliated with the India Tour City. As we were three couples we were put up in houseboat Winter Palace which has three rooms each with an attached bathroom. The houseboat has a dinning area, kitchen, living room and a balcony with a breathtaking view of the Dal Lake. The houseboat was full of exquisite Kashmir woodwork, carpets and tapestry. It has to be complemented that they were extremely well maintained. The houseboat was well equipped with blankets, heater and continues hot water to take care of the chill. Mr. Farooq, the Caretaker took great care of us in the finest Kashmir style. Mr. Riyaz (Manager) was our host and was extremely helpful during our stay. He was gracious enough to courier back our stuff which we forgot at the houseboat. Overall it was a memorable stay.
We arrived in Kashmir and off my husband took me to a houseboat he said he had booked. It was my first visit to Kashmir and i had never been in a houseboat before. When we arrived at the Dal Lake, it was so calm and peaceful. The view was breathtaking, the Shikara took us to the houseboat and i almost fainted when i saw the boat. It was Spectacular; the Houseboat was a piece of Art!! It was so beautiful and had such superb interiors. There was a warm welcome waiting for us, an old man who was the keeper. The most caring human being on the planet I must say. The owner himself was such a down to earth gentleman. He told us the things we could do, but honestly it was an effort to leave such a spectacular houseboat, it was bigger than a building laid down. The food was good, the person was very hospitable; the view was the best ever I have seen in my entire life. Srinagar is truly for the romantics. It is heaven on earth. We where on our honeymoon tour which I have booked thought India Tour City. Me and wife wanted a short getaway for a few days on our Honeymoon Tour. I was in Delhi for a 3 day very short holiday in october 19-20 I got the Delhi city tour and the one day Agra tour by car, it was quite an experience, very professional guides. Very good service, the only problem was the traffic. I recommend this travel agency.

Hi Musthaq Enjoyed our tour of the Golden Triangle Tour and Amritsar very much and it was most interesting. We should have had more time for visiting your country. The hotels at Agra and Amritsar were very good. The Hotel Florence in Delhi was good but the Metro Heights and hotel in Jaipur Excellent and so good service. Mr Ajay Kumar is a very good driver and went out of his way to help. The other drivers were equally good. The guide at Agra was very good. The guide at Jaipur was excellent and gave excellent commentary both at the Amber Palace and the observatory. A very good and friendly man. The little down sides did not spoil what was an excellent holiday. I would have no problem recommending your company to my Friends & Family.
I was very impressed with the tour, this is the first time that I have used India Tour City. Everything about this tour was fantastic, great sights, good accommodation and it was simply amazing. and will definitely be using it again.

I have traveled with Musthaq's company twice now. Once for an 18 day trip through Delhi, Agra, Rajisthan and Shimla, and once for a day trip during a long layover in delhi. Each time he has been very professional, reliable and easy to work with. He tries his best to greet you himself at the airport and leaves you in the hands of his very responsible staff. During the long trip, he would check in periodically to make sure things were going accordingly to our plan and desires. Musthaq helped us arrange our tour of northern India including Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur. He understood our needs and helped us plan the trip we wanted. He also helped arrange a special sleeper bus trip to the Hampi ruins in Karnataka. We started in Delhi and he arranged the driver who was excellent, stopping any time for us to take pictures. He made arrangements for the hotels (all but the one in Agra) were very good. He also made in-country air transportation arrangement down to Channi and from Goa back to Delhi. We were able to email and call/talk to him during the planning stages of the trip which added a sense of assurance our plans were feasible. Hi, we have great trip to golden triangle / mumbai / hyrdeabad / chennai / tirupathi, which was arranged by India Tour City. It's definetely worth for the money and they provide a quality stay & tour for afforable rate. They took so much care about our safety and made an excellent arrangement for the whole trip. We are planning to go to Kashmir the next time and it's definetely going to be with them again.
